Year 1 guarantee: £45,000
Year 2 onwards OTE: £75,000

Basic Salary: £26,000 (during 16-week training programme)
Salary guarantee: £30,000-£35,000 (from month 4 to month 18)
OTE: £75,000 (from month 18 onwards)
