What You’ll Do

• Learn the full mortgage process from first customer contact to completion

• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers (we’ll handle the admin)

• Gain industry-leading training, mentorship, and qualifications

• Progress into a fully qualified Mortgage Adviser role with clear earning potential

What We're Offering

• Year 1 OTE: £29,000–£35,000 (£25,000 base + £4,000–£10,000 commission)

• Post CeMAP Qualification: From month 13, you will begin studying for your CeMAP qualifications. Once you become CeMAP qualified, your basic salary will increase to £27,000 plus commission of up to £4,000 PA, meaning your OTE increases to £31,000.

• Rewards once you become an Advisor: Basic salary increases to £28,000 with an OTE of up to £75,000 if business targets and KPI’s are met. 

Fully Funded Route to Become CeMAP Qualified

• Full financial support for CF1 and CF6 qualifications.

• All study materials will be provided.

• All exam entry costs are covered.

Working Hours

During the 18-month training period, your working hours will be:

• 2 days: 9am–6pm.

• 2 days: 11am–8pm.

• Fridays: 9am–5pm.

• 1 in 3 Saturdays required.

Post Training Working Hours:

• Same weekday shifts – no weekends!

During your first 18 months at Haysto, you will work in various roles throughout our business to help build a comprehensive understanding of our customers' mortgage journey, and this will aid you with the knowledge and understanding to become a fully CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor.
