We charge a fee so we can focus entirely on you. That means personal advice, real support, and a service that’s built around your needs — not the Lender’s. It helps us do things properly, and gives you the confidence that we’re on your side from day one.

For all new Picnic customers, we charge a fee of £599. This is payable within 48 hours of you receiving your mortgage offer.

If you have all the necessary information to hand, we can apply for a true mortgage in principle, one you can trust, directly from a lender, straight away. Once received, we aim to have your complete mortgage application ready for submission to a lender within 24 hours.
