What We’re Looking For

Target candidates: Ambitious individuals with a strong track-record of over achieving in high-energy sales environments, ideally in a telesales-based role.

Required skills for the role: 

• You’re a confident communicator, whether on a telephone call, face-to-face, or over email, you’ll know how to get your message across clearly and effectively.

• You’re driven, proactive, and always ready to take the initiative, able to learn quickly and a natural self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments.

• You’re comfortable building solid relationships with both customers and colleagues. 

• You’re highly organised, with a sharp eye on the clock and know how to get things done - we move at speed and need everyone to keep up. 

• You’re tech-savvy and confident with digital tools; you know your way around a computer and can pick up new systems fast. 

• You embrace change, continuously looking for ways to improve and do things better. 

How It Works

As a sales consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers who have made enquiries through our website looking for a mortgage.

You’ll work on a vibrant sales floor with daily incentives and as a driven and confident sales professional you’ll exceed targets each month. We have an excellent uncapped commission scheme so your earning potential is as good as your sales ability.

What You'll Be Doing:

• You’ll be speaking to potential customers on the phone, undertaking initial mortgage/finance assessments and selling the benefits of Picnic's USP's - no cold calling!

• For customers who meet eligibility you'll onboard them as a new customer and assign them to our regulated Mortgage Advisor Team.

• Take part in regular training, one to one and team meetings - looking to identify areas for improvement and focusing on what’s going well

• Our core values should be at the forefront of everything you do ensuring customers have the best possible experience.
